The Artistic Group is 14 years old and basically began by word of mouth; however the remarkable insight to the market for one of the owners originated from childhood, learning the trades from his father.

The Artistic Group has won many awards in recognition of our workmanship and design for our Bomanite (decorative concrete) and high-end swimming pool projects (which is where our business began). In 2001 we expanded our award-winning showroom where we sell volumes of hot tubs, backyard retreats, swimming pools, fireplaces and other better living products with the belief that our relationship with the customer only begins at the sale. We are proud of our store’s setting, intimate with plush gardens and a tranquil waterfall. Our dream is designed around family, health and wellness and this journey begins at home.



Over the years The Artistic Group has won 15 awards (and have won awards yearly for the past 9 years) from their industry piers for workmanship, design, customer service and marketplace ethics, many of Canadian or Worldwide stature, and all of which must be earned-not purchased. In 2003, Artistic won five awards including; the Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau (for market place ethics, community support and leadership), Top Canadian dealer award of excellence from Fox Pools (for strong sales, customer service and design), and Dealer of the year worldwide ( for strong hot tub sales, customer service, community involvement and leadership). In 2001 our reputation attracted attention from one of the largest Canadian corporate retailers who invited us to sell our products through their retail locations locally which with hard work and dedication we took to a whole new level. Our successful pioneered program has given this corporation the opportunity to take the program nationally (presently underway).

With the Growth have come another husband and wife team (Dennis and Nancy) as partners bringing 16 years of experience with them.
